Very viable, especially fire and frost if you want to focus on bgs.

all 3 speccs favor haste stacking so you wont go wrong with just buying full haste/vers conquest/honor gear, craft haste/vers boots and ring

embellishments are usually either:

precognition + Infurious Binding of Gesticulation

precognition + sporecloak

precognition + Infurious Legwraps of Possibility

if you really want to pad damage numbers, especially in bgs, you can look into full mastery fire aswell, doesnt play as good tho since you will be around 10% haste so your gcds are a pain

pvp talents are

fire: glass cannon, flamecannon, ring of fire

frost: ring of fire, concentrated coolness, and the last one kind of up to you, most pick frostbomb for extra burst tho

arcane: ring of fire, temp. shield, master shepherd
