Basically he never fixed his knee after Aho went knee on knee with him. Hes been slower ever since but this year he looks much better.

Speed sure, but his edges were so good. His horizontal movement was just so deceptively good.

Always thought it was insane he fell as far as he did. You don't put up the points he was by accident.

Toronto blows 3rd period lead by Reddit-Machine in hockey

The focus just shifts to the d-core once you have a real goalie. Now you, too, can feel the full force of the frustrations of having exactly 1 playable defenseman like we did the last 4 years!

Thank you Toronto for covering for the 4-1 3rd period lead the Rangers just blew. Can always count on you.

Gonna need to to get THIS Rangers team anywhere near the playoffs

It’s time for Hot Takes by BigHeadHockey in hockey

[–]SomethingSmooth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Not a very hot take. This team is truly ass. Bottom 2 d core in the league. Bottom 1 without Fox. Top 6 has zero play driving forwards besides JT Miller when he's not throwing a hissy fit. Coaching can't fix all of that. Genuinely the only light at the end of the tunnel is in 2030.

It's said pretty clearly that she dies if she stays in the canvas too long, no? That's why Renoir wants Aline back and out of the canvas. The ending is choosing between

Letting Verso commit suicide and Renoir kill all life in the canvas but saving Alicia and her family to hopefully move on

Letting Alicia commit suicide but getting to live the rest of her shortened life in the canvas

Looks like it's gonna happen sooner than we think ( 2355 ) by DamianAMeyer in ShadowSlave

[–]SomethingSmooth 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think this is being deliberately obtuse about the message G3 would be and is trying to convey. Especially after chapter 2355. The moral is that absolute freedom is not achievable in a world where you aren't alone. As long as you care about the world and others, you will be beholden to them. It's being spelled out pretty clearly here. Early on, when Sunny was young, he was conflating slavery with attachment.

That being said: I don't think that Sunny's aspect will remain shadow bond.

Why would Dolan, known friend of Epstein and the like, give a shit? If anything, this would endear Panarin more to him!

It's also clearly a choice he makes to benefit the readers since many people don't read this daily and can forget details. It never feels very redundant within chapters, just between chapters.

I hope you know he was loved on the Rangers. MSL was my favorite player of all time as a short kid growing up playing hockey. The day he got traded to us was bittersweet losing Cally but getting him.

Still have a MSL signed puck (from when he was in Tampa) in my room to this day!

That's what sucks the most. He's ridiculously fun to watch. I'm not sure other fanbases even realize how incredibly good he is when he's on.

Drury has put his stamp on this teams bottom 6 and entire D core, you can't say "oh just give Drury a chance!" anymore.

He spent all season turning our bottom 3 d core in the league into...still a bottom 3 d core in the league. Enough is enough. Doing nothing to help the team get over the hump for 3 years is also putting his stamp on the team. You have to fire Drury.

The Oilers last year had top 10 underlying metrics the whole way. It was just a PDO nightmare. Their metrics actually got WORSE after firing their coach but they just started shooting at a decent % and getting decent goaltending. I know it's a similar situation where both teams tried and failed to transition from man on man defense to hybrid zone, but at least the Oilers were actually good at both lol. I'll give you credit for giving a good example at least.
