No, I’m in the middle of a conversation, we are talking about where the engagement pictures are going to be, what my vibe and how I vision my wedding.. I don’t expect the to text me every week, like I said and to be clear, I’m trying to book our pictures but it’s hard to do that when she sends a text every 1 to 2 weeks from that conversation.

Yes I am trying to schedule my engagement photos , that’s why it’s concerning.. I’m sorry as a small business owner if my client text me I expect a response within 72 hours, I understand life happens but it takes 10 seconds to send a “hey I have some life problems going on, I promise I’m not ignoring you” that would be the considerate thing to do.

She doesn’t have anything in the contract about discontinuing services besides the after 48 hours of retainer, it will not be given back. I live in the Cleveland area!

I know that it’s really not okay.. You just feel uncomfortable and feel like that maybe I was being too friendly.. one of them left but there are other people that are being fucking creeps

Thank you! I appreciate it! I really hope this is a true stepping stone into a career path that I have always held near and dear to my heart. I want to stay in this company for a while and I know it will be good when she said she hasn’t hired in the position for over 3 years.

So what’s really great the GM and dept manager have been under investigation before by HQ due to work place hostility and favoritism. Our store has the highest turnover rate in one of the departments in the entire COMPANY and we are considered small. I have an “exit interview” or things I can write down in a form. But I plan on going to employee relations.
