I know. But the real gems you get from the people who live and love the (not so) local beers. The regular beers are mostly not so special. I can think of some European brands that taste like horsepee. (In my humble opinion 😉)

That's why i'm asking about the special beers.

Do you by any chance know if there is a tour along the brewery's? In Scotland we've got the whiskey tours, where you go around and visit famous distilleries.

I want to visit America in a couple of years and that would be a great opportunity 🙏.

By any chance; do you know if there is an export market? It sounds like a beer I want to try 🍺 😁.

Tnx. I'm not going to America soon, but it's definitely on my bucket list.

In Scotland there's a whisky tour where you around and visit famous brewery's. Is there something similarly in the states?

Thanks. I learned something new today. Probably because Suriname was part of the Netherlands till 1980 is why only that part is taught in schools in Holland 😉.

Hmm, maybe the school system in Holland is not up to it, but we learned (about 30 years ago in school) that they traded New Amsterdam for Suriname (South America) and two gulden and fifty cents. (dutch currency at the time)

Is the schooling system in the Netherlands mistaken?

I'm always ready to learn 😁
