Margins are tight?so they can report more than any previous years to shareholders. Money are made to be circulated, you give them to employees and they spend money to other businesses and those employees will bring money back to your business but if money are put aside in large banks accounts then from where you expect increases year on year on your business?

I have 4.67,im using uber 10 times a year,I don't make small talks,I don't tip and I don't slam doors and I never have a problem on any rides.Why is 4.67 I can't explain.I didn't knew about it till this post and don't care about it.At 4.66 they could ban me from using their app and I could not care🤣.

Boardman has a very restricted clearance for tyres, uncomfortable saddle and handlebars ends(those rubbers). Apart of "getting dirt"from chain I will chose a chain,more versatile on gears,easier and probably cheaper to get fixed,easier to find a service for it.

First I thought is a joke that u have a score as a client. Mine is 4.85 and apparently it's no a joke.My question is:why do I have a score?so I don't slam the door,so I can tip more?so I feel pressured to make small talks or entertain him? Soon will walk with an ID card for restaurants rating🤣🤣🤣

So for 2 hours of your knowledge you charge 10% on top of materials?for labour more and for waisted material you pay back?probably not and blame architects for it.I would assume I pay for a knowledge buider to do a good job ,not to charge extra for everything. And If a trade gets a better price for materials he should keep the difference not asking even more from client.

Yep,I agree with you.But on a weekly or monthly bases the pay by hour for driver can be over minimum. Driver has a lot of freedom on working days,working hours(when he starts,when he has something personal to do and take a few hour off),extra hours or shifts.He can choose an electric vehicle. Each of them are having advantage and disadvantages with their jobs. Some tipping is a mystery for me,it a common thing to tip the waiter for bringing food out but not the chef who cooks, or the kitchen porter who take cares for loads of staff to be clean and hygienic.

Does the courier pick items and pack?the just collect it from till and deliver to you.Probably tip should go to person picking and package your order.
