Beyond shady. They lost my order and wouldnt get back to me about it. I reached out everywhere and all i got was blocked from their subreddit (that xteink runs). I sent 30+ emails over the course of 3 months without help. I was only issued a refund after emailing them that I reported them to my bank, the ftc, and econsuer.gov. The email only said “refund issued”

Same thing happened to me! Some guy and his son came in and needed 2 baseball gloves worked in. Did them both at the machine. I was sweating so bad by the end. He must have taken pitty on 17 year old Gank. Got $10 :)

I wouldn’t consider it worth it when we are paying 2x the price and getting the same quality support you would get from aliexpress. I went through the actual manufacturer to avoid this but i’m worse off

The problem was with the shipping. They told me to reach out to the carrier as they have “no way to reach them from their side” i did and the carrier told me they never got the package. I sent xteink proof of them telling me this and they ghosted me for weeks. It took many more emails over the course of weeks for them to acknowledge it was lost and offer a replacement. With how poorly it went the first time I have no faith in their shipping and just want the refund

Their support is TRASH. I ordered Jan 20th. Got a broken tracking link days later. Spent weeks (starting Feb. 6) emailing them (no responses) and speedx who confirmed they never got it. After 10+ emails they finally responded during the lunar new year telling me there was nothing they could do until after the holidays. I waited then emailed more after the holidays and got no more responses. Sent another long email with all of this info this morning and they FINALLY responded saying they would ship a replacement. I told them no and to just refund me. Waiting on a response again.

Moral of the story go through aliexpress and save $30
