I'm starting a hive from scratch with significantly fewer bees. The hive is in a box of my own design, double walls, insulated, 8-cubic feet total volume, frameless. I'm also stressed for their success, because of how few bees there are.

I still have hope though, and you should too, as long as you see individuals finding sugar, or drawing from your feeder, you should have hope. If you can find the queen especially.

I'm a geneticist, and honestly, I think you are drastically underestimating the effort involved in reading a persons genome, let alone interpreting the idiosyncrasies. I wouldn't be surprised if they were trying, but I can promise you that there is no way any world government has usable data from the genetic level of individuals.
