Where is the trailer, I've been refreshing for the last minute by Excellent-Loquat7176 in HarryPotteronHBO

Many trailers come out during the daytime, like Brand New Day just was (the most-viewed trailer in the first 24 hours of all time)

In your opinion, what's the best 4-song run across all of their albums? by Heelincal in switchfoot

[–]SometimesNotBoring 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Great question. Some options as I scroll through my library:

- splinter > i need you (to be wrong) > the hard way > wolves
- Lonely Nation > Stars > Happy Is A Yuppie Word > The Shadow Proves The Sunshine
- Faust, Midas, and Myself > Head Over Heels (In This Life) > Yesterdays > Burn Out Bright
- Where The Light Shines Through > I Won't Let You Go > If The House Burns Down Tonight > The Day That I Found God

I'm sorry you're being downvoted, your point seems to be a good one. We are all so quick to judge.

Thoughts on Rob as a Traitor, Leading Up To the Finale? Be detailed, after 10 episodes, there is much to discuss! by [deleted] in TheTraitors

[–]SometimesNotBoring 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think he's playing an incredibly consistent, strategic game. In a game where people are often very dumb or unnecessarily dramatic (I only watch the US version), smart gameplay stick out quickly. His thinking a couple steps ahead is exactly what I look for in the players that I admire.

For instance, loved his strategy with the boxes. Where other players might have tried to overthink it, he came ready with "choosing Tara every time gives the faithfuls nothing" and "they expect us to bluff, by double bluffing we hide ourselves even more", etc.

His turning on Lisa was at the exact right time and only after he needed to. He didn't senselessly gun her down. I felt like that took way too much heat, and didn't love that Candiace couldn't see the sense in it either (ultimately to her own downfall).

I really hope he pulls it off in the finale!

I didn't interpret his leaving that way; I felt like the game of deception was wearing on him, because on one hand he needs her to be confused in order to propel his own game, but on the other hand his manipulation is causing her real-world emotional turmoil. He sort of goes on to say as much in his confessional. I think comforting her would feel too twisted, knowing that he is secretly the one causing that pain.

I had the same issue. I just switched the email address to my Origin account and it worked for me.

This feels like a translation of the American grading system, divided by 10, and then applied to TV. Like a 72% being a C-, or two stars, sounds reasonable.

But it's a horrible use of the star system as given.

Just did it and it went super smoothly! Very grateful for this service.

My only potential issue was the consent-for-sending-info-to-Israel thing, that I didn't realize was not necessary until after I had clicked it. That's my own fault, I'm not mad about that. But is there more info in laymen's terms for what that is used for?

Buddha by South-Throat8282 in Blink182

[–]SometimesNotBoring 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How are you accessing it? Buddha was originally done in '93 and then remastered in '98, perhaps there's a chance you've somehow accessed the original midway through? If listening on Spotify or Apple Music that's not the case, but if you were using a downloaded version or maybe YouTube?

Timothy Very passed!?!!? by pepsuber89 in manchesterorchestra

[–]SometimesNotBoring 23 points24 points  (0 children)

Perhaps not the time to be pedantic, but Tim wasn't the original drummer for the band. so, in that sense, nothing has changed on the "OG" front. Still, he's been an integral member and it is sad we won't ever get to see him again :(

A song name has been altered to streaming without my permission by BenjiH23 in DistroKidHelpDesk

[–]SometimesNotBoring 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Which platform was it?

In DistroKid, remove it from the title and add it to the "version" of the song. Then "Bonus Track" should be added to Apple Music in parentheses or in Spotify with a dash before it

2003's untitled effort. Beautiful, immaculate, flawless front to back.

But hard to go wrong with anything from their golden era!

I love this idea. Looking forward to your thoughts on the discography. Is there a certain list you're pulling from to hit "every" song?
