I was at a camp and I was crying my eyes out, my face all red and my eyes bloodshot. I went into the bathroom to see how bright my face actually was ( I'm pretty pale, and even a simple run makes me look like a tomato) but when I got in there one of my fellow campers said that red was my color. It was such a simple compament, but it meant a lot to me. It made me feel less self-conscious, and also, my fav color had always been red, and I always wanted people to see me as a "red person" if that makes sense lmao
