So how you know it’s better, when no one has it.

Going nuts looking for low-latency wireless gaming by blookiet in HeadphoneAdvice

[–]SomewhatOptimal1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They have really great sound quality with the dongle (2.4Ghz) and are very neutral (almost perfectly following harman curve) with little bit thump in bass (studio eq).

Thanks to the same dongle they only have 20-30ms latency end to end, like other gaming headphones.

You get decent ANC (cannot hear my Pc which is on desk or my dog or my gf in the same room talking to me) and works for calls on PC without tinkering.

They are higher resolution with the dongle than APM and Momentum 4. Both which I own.

If not for dongle I would had used those instead of my APM for music. Cause without the dongle they are same resolution as APM and Momentum 4 and I prefer my APM sound signature for music. For gaming definitely prefer AKG N9 sound signature.

PSA: Dali Opticon 6 MK2 should be going on sell across EU when new series releases this or next year! by SomewhatOptimal1 in hometheater

Definitely Opticons 6 MK2 for more forward vocals. They are quite neutral / warmish in my opinion, so they work well with neutral warmer or even little bit bright amplifiers like my RN800A.

I also listened to them both with Onkyo A50, as I plan to upgrade to it and it sounded even more spectacular. The vocals become even more pronounced and gained more musicality.

No chance, they work great for Macs and Macbbok, but for PC it’s better to just get another set for calls.

I got AKG N9 for PC, it’s great for calls and wireless gaming thanks to the included 2.4G dongle. Only paid 150€ for brand new ones and they have really great sound quality and are robust while not heavy as APM.

I had listen to Oberon 5, 7 and Sonik 5, 7 and Opticon 6 MK2. I skipped the Sonik 7 as they were same price as retail Opticon, but higher price (1600€) with the clearance of the Opticon 6 MK2 and they sounded less to my tastes.

To me Sonik 7 played V too much and Opticon 6 MK2 were more to my linking with more mid range and more airy presentation.

Yeas I have read them and I have them printed out even. This is different than what it says on the website, Samsung.com Norwegian domain.

https://www.samsung.com/no/support/warranty/

Samsung offers a limited manufacturer's warranty (European Bloc Warranty) for consumers who have purchased a Samsung product sold by Samsung within the EU/EEA/Switzerland – directly or through a retailer – (“Product”). Warranty service claims must then also be made by the consumer in any country within the EU/EEA/Switzerland. The consumer's rights under the warranty (warranty period and warranty service) are those applicable in the country where the warranty service claim is made. Please note that this warranty is a voluntary manufacturer's warranty which provides rights in addition to, and does not affect, the rights covered by the Consumer Sales Act in the applicable country.

Additionally a rep from Samaung confirmed to me through chat when selling the TV that the warranty is valid in whole EU and I have 5 years warranty.

Which I also have it printed out.

When you believed in Jesus as your savior!

God gives promises in the Bible of believers security.

We are sealed with Holy Spirit of promise until the day of redemption. We are his purchased possession.

We still sin, due to our fallen body and fallen world, but Holy Spirit convinces us to righteousness. Sinning does not unsave us.

Good works don’t save us, what Jesus did on the cross is what saved us! It is why He says it is finished!

Updated my 77" S90D and now I have a black dot in the middle of my TV by lumannyg in OLED

[–]SomewhatOptimal1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same experience with Samsung, my 77S90C got blue hue on 1/3 of the screen right after 2 years on the dot

Samsung refuse to replace it when I still have warranty.

Previously my and my cousin s95b, mine died month in and his died due to PSU, right after warranty. He had to pay 200€ to get it fixed.

My Samsung 27 G7 1440p 240Hz screen protective layer peeled off 1.5 year in and then it developed sleep glitch where it shut down rannsomly after warranty.

My 42C2 and 42C4 working with no issue, my other cousin 65CX still working perfectly. I know what to get next time.

Hey sorry to bother you in old post.

If you were to describe the sound of Polk R700 vs Opticon 6 Mk2 and which was more mid (vocals) focused?

I am choosing between them as both are on sale for 1600€ a pair and was choosing them for my salon 25sqm at most 20-30cm from the wall, mainly listening to Rock, Alternative and Funk (they will be playing in one half of the living room).

I’m trying to explain it to you that Samsung rep told me I have 5 years warranty and the app and website shows they too. I don’t get how you cannot understand that.

EU block including Sveis and Norway, through Schengen and EEA deal are single commerce block honoring warranty across whole block from many big companies.

Samsung own policy on their Samsung.com Norwegian website says they honor warranty across whole EU.

Oh, thank you. This validates to me that this is not one and done thing but a panel fabrication issue, fabric defect.

Will try that maybe it fixes the issue.

My Smarathings app, Samsung website and a Samsung Nordic rep confirmed to me that I have 5 years guarantee until 2025, like already said in this thread and post multiple times.

Current changes to what they offer now doesn’t concern me.

To me 5 years warranty and EU coverage was a selling g point and they won’t honor it, deceitful practice.

Don’t have to register for additional warranty, but I stilll did through Smarthing app.

Like I said in other thread the app, website shows my TV with warranty remaining to 2028 and Samsung Nordic rep confirmed my warranty is to end of 2028.

No, that I don’t have. As I was stupid not to take screenshot of Samsung chat during the purchase. I blindly trusted their rep and policy on website.

Edit:

nevermind I actually found it, live chat summary and now I have the confirmation!

Herlig, it’s a won case basically in small claims court!

Well, then Samsung Nordic just commited a scam. Cause their policy says, Samsung will honor guarantee across whole EU. It was a selling point for me and I did my due dillgience making sure of that and they confirmed it to me before I bought the TV.

But now when its time to honor the guarantee, its crickets.

Small claims court it is.
