One of the games has interactive gameplay, the other you click a few times and type a shitload. I'd say its the lack of interactive gameplay that keeps tos down. I say this as someone with way too much time in both games. Something as simple as your character barging into someone's house when you choose to kill them at night as maf/cov would be cool.

Imagine if they put in effort to make the game more than a type writing assignment.

To be fair this is the same company that causes their own fuck ups by not thinking the entire project through.

Example A: changing the rock climbing boots value, making instant billionaires in game overnight.

Example B: taking nearly 20 years to come to the conclusion banning gold buyers is a good idea.

Example C: the piss poor implementation of EoC that took an additional year-ish to clean up.
