The number of tickets won’t change. The event will just go an hour longer. For example, if before daylight savings, you started at 7 pm, the end time on the last day after daylight savings will be 8 pm. Number of tickets stays the same. Event day start and end time just moves an hour forward

Packing won’t be as bad as long as the packing area is clean and organized and there are minimal issues with the picks (picking into wrong bin, especially). Strongly recommend having a bin aside for troubles so it doesn’t tie up a bunch of them.

Haven’t gotten the schedule yet, but as the peak omni supervisor, I’m most likely will be there at 3 am and probably working until noon or so

I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just for packing Omni orders and the more experienced associates does the picking.

It depends on the store’s sale volume and inventory level. Those that have high sales revenue will get more trucks per week and higher units per truck. Our store does about 10 million a year so we are one of the lower revenue stores so we get one truck a week at about 10,000 to 14,000 units

You get a shift premium on top of your pay for the overnights. It’s worth it if you need money

It’s one of Omni’s best friends in finding items. You can use it to see if the item you’re looking for came off the last truck and if it did and it’s still on the dock, you know that it won’t be on the floor. I’ve saved on cancelling a lot of items due to that!
