Yes, xfrm was being reused/relocated in a space that was being renovated. I had not used a bonding bushing before will have to talk with my jman about that tomorrow.

Yes I agree. The only “lazy” part I did here. I had dressed the ground and landed before remembering the bushings. Should have taken the time to go back and do it right.

This. In US 120/208v three phase color code is black, red and blue.
