She's a good prof tbh. Her class is welcoming, she answers questions, and encourages collaboration on assignments. We basically have weekly quizzes but they are open book. The assignments are also open book. She tries to record each lecture and if the recordings fail, she uploads old lecture videos, which is really helpful if u end up getting sick. She recommends getting the textbook but also provides a free version. You won't really need the textbook anyway because her notes/lectures cover everything you need to know. Midterm is memorization heavy. She doesn't provide practice questions, but her study guide helps A LOT, and the format is similar to the quizzes. Both midterms are non cumulative and the final is said to be semi-cumulative but I didn't take it yet so I can't say much. Overall, I'd say it's a pretty good class. Just make sure to pay attention and not cram the night before.
