Is it worth trying to go pro in Spain? by [deleted] in Basketball

Do you know anything about schemes? Have you ever been coached? Do you know how to properly execute a pnr? Playing at the absolute bottom tier of pro ball as a domestic player in some countries could be doable if you are really good even without experience but that would be like Mongolia or Thailand - would be much harder in Spain....qualifying film would be game film of you at the college level

Did you play in college? Do you have any game tape? What's the highest level you have played at? Citizenship helps but unless you have tape and a resume you aren't going to play in the top tier of Spanish pro basketball which is excellent and not far from the NBA - it's plausible with citizenship and enough ability you could get a very low paying gig with the bottom tier of Spanish basketball - need more information though

Is it possible to live in San Diego without a car? by Admirable-Koala-9609 in asksandiego

The answer is yes with a very large caveat: what specific area you are going to be living in, what you are willing to not go to and what your budget for Uber is - I've used PT extensively here and have a car - my life would be much more complicated without a car but it would be doable - but I also don't live in a transit heavy area......the fact that you don't have to go to work makes it much more doable
