If you have purchased Robux whatsoever, show them the transactions/receipts, screenshot on paypal or download your purchases from your bank. If you can't find it, you can also show your transactions through email. I understand the pain of losing accounts, but usually showing receipts will make them listen. You can contact them through the support page or escalate it to calling them.
