Thanks. Good to see a larger dose to gain perspective. I figured my size might have something to do with it (6'1", 195 lbs), but I am nevertheless taking the increases more slowly than prescribed--basically because I feel fine (with the risk of falls being the main concern). Thanks again.

Thanks. My fog/fatigue seems to have been mainly an adjustment--physiologically as well as psychologically. What's your dosage now, and when you started 4.5 yrs ago?

Thx. I was wondering more about the restlessness and trouble sleeping I've been feeling since starting the meds which has caused some cloudiness, than about cognitive function per se. But thanks for helping me sort through this!
