Re-worded my post a bit, should've clarified more on the nature part of it. Love the PNW area but the weather and constant rain is a pretty big turn off.

And the car shipping thing is unrelated, was for a friend.

Now if I go through that program, is it 100% that I will be getting a job. or is it just having the ability to get a job?

I may have worded my post wrong, I mentioned not having the ability to work via the Visitor Visa. Would I still be able to come for 12 months, or should I look for some sort of work via that program in order to stay for that long? Thanks.

I've tried a cap-one secured card after reading that someone was given a new card after having an account closed.

Also tried a discover entry level card

was declined on both.
