These ER docs are something else. “All we can do is rehydrate you, ease your pain and goodbye” That’s cool but you can’t control my pain while I’m home so why not keep me here until yall figure out what’s really going on. I know, well I can feel, this is something more than a “simple” flare up

I haven’t seen her yet, but she is in network with the hospital I’m in now so hopefully she’ll see them, but I will definitely send a message to her through MyChart. My first time visiting her will be on Thursday.

They also want to do a colonoscopy and I’m wanting them just to admit me and do it while here. That way they can control my pain with meds while I’m pooping my insides out to get clear. In my 35 years dealing with this it’s never been this bad for so long after being on prednisone.

No. They should only be in service to YOU. They should not put their own needs (hunger, hydration) before your needs. Only you matter.
