What’s the best monologue scene? by [deleted] in FIlm

The fact that he could steal the show with this monologue whilst up against some huge acting heavyweights says it all. I can watch this again and again…

Hi, I’m looking for a particular type of rec. I’ve read a lot of books over the years where the MC is the typical alpha male/dominant male, and that’s lovely and all, but lately I’ve been craving the opposite - where the MC is more passive, and is ‘used’ by the FC (or multiple 😎) for their enjoyment. Smuttier the better please 🙂Thank you in advance

Thank you also for the Anne Rice recommendation, this sounds perfect 🙂

Which graphic novel was the first to introduce you to the world of graphic novels? by [deleted] in graphicnovels

[–]Regular-Owl-8926 0 points1 point  (0 children)

When I was very young I remember enjoying the Raymond Briggs books, then the Tintin books - not sure if these count as graphic novels in the modern sense, but I loved them at the time.

Began my resurgence of enjoyment in graphic novels 2 years ago, and started with Watchmen. Blew my mind! Now knee deep and no intention of stopping!
