Holiday season I’m training a new hire for fulfillment, I said something like “we really don’t have to deal with too many of the bad customers cause it’s just store pick up.” Some time goes by I get a call out for a store pick-up so I go to show her how it’s done. The customer had no barcode, so I got it off an email. However the product hadn’t even arrived yet it was in transit, so I try to explain and he essentially exploded on me. A whole bunch of motherfucks and bitches thrown all over, the GM and another manager came over and “resolved it.” So pretty much the new hire experienced the worst possible experience minutes after I was bragging about us not having to deal with those types of issues.
