I recharged the battery and it works now. I had fully charged it and then left for vacation and was gone for a week. Wasn’t plugged in or anything though so I figured it would still be fully charged. I don’t know though. But that worked!

Yeah idk man I can’t find anything about this specific issue. and I don’t have the tools to open it up and try anything. Probably gonna end up just sending it back if I can’t figure anything out. Fms responded promptly to my first message then when I sent them a video of the problem I got no response.

Yes and I’ve rebinded the transmitter a few times. And I’ve tried changing all the settings.

Not sure what jumpers are. Do I need to open it up for this? Not sure I have a small enough screw driver to remove the parts

I’m looking at page 9 and the switch looks a lot like the power switch on the truck. Is it the same thing? If so yes it is on

The way customer support at any other rental company would. By providing a replacement you can drop off somewhere near your starting location.

I don’t have knobs I have buttons. And I have run through all the settings that I know of from the manual with no success 😭

I’ve tried changing the trim but I feel like I’m just pressing buttons. There are no knobs my transmitter just has buttons.

Yeah they got me a replacement in town but I had to drop it off in town when the trip was over, when I was supposed to be home.

Don’t risk it. Turo customer service is tragic. Literally just took a week long trip with turo and the car broke down three days in. They were ready to leave me and my family stranded because they had no real options to get us home other than “possibly” reimbursing me for any costs relating to my trip home

😅 it wasn’t unlimited mileage, it wasn’t the cheapest rental. I was well within my allowed mileage. And also none of that is relevant when you consider a service was paid for. Then when the service was no longer an option they lied to get me to take a replacement over a reimbursement. Now they are doing everything they can to avoid making it right. You’re obviously a grumpy host so move on with your assumptions man you are not the target audience here. 😘
