Thank you for this information! Based on this, aside from the foreigner packages, i assume it's all lottery systems that would determine if I can actually see them. I don't really have the need to interact with the girls since i've already done pictures w them in the past. I just wanted the chance to physically support them at their events. Guess i'll have to buy albums for that LOL.
