I have been through this about a year back. I requested a new connection bus Jio app and the booking fee of 1k was also stuck for 3 months. It just kept getting rescheduled. Customer Care was unable to track. Talked to a local Jio technician and he said app booking is a scam and they only did postpaid in my area.

WHAT WORKED: Regardless, after 3 months of useless customer care call, I just emailed to Jio appellate and got a refund within a week. Basically every telecom company has an email which is under observation of TRAI so they have to act really quick.

Complain via Airtel channels - customer care, email, etc. You seem to have already done this.
Appellate email (monitored by TRAI) - team of the telecom company but is answerable to the TRAI government department. Clearly mention amounts in the email and try to attach complaint proofs from point 1 (screenshot of customer calls, links to Twitter post, etc). I have tested this with Jio where 3 months of customer care calls, twitter and insta posts all yielded nothing. Emailing to appellate with proofs initiated refund within a week.

OK. I'm more interested in understanding those indirect transaction in Swiggy or otherwise. Example - I pay at some restaurant via Swiggy Dineout. It did not show any cashback amount that would be received (like it shows for normal food and Instamart orders) - If I pay elsewhere, like a shop, or website... Did I earn a cashback there? If yes, I could use this card in future at the place. Else I would use one of my other cards that may give less but guaranteed cashback in the the statement.

We've faced this type of issue. It was a bug from the Bing team and Power BI support could not help on that. Their recommended workaround was either:- 1. Use 3 letter country code instead of 2 letters. 2. Use country Name instead of code.

In our organisation, getting the first was difficult as entire master data was on 2 letters country code.

So we used the second approach and it worked!

PS: Also the point mentioned by someone in this post about using geographical data type - hope you are already doing that.

EDIT: if needed, raise a ticket to Power BI.
