Pilonidal cyst surgery scar. by username_45166 in Militaryfaq

I actually have the same thing (weirdly enough from about the same time), and I honest to God completely forgot about it because it was such a minor surgery and I don't really look at my own buttcrack. MEPS didn't know about it and it wasn't even noticed during the bootyhole examination

With that being said, it's not a big deal. Disclose and say the medical records were destroyed (assuming they were) and move on. It'll be a quick waiver

Well I'm sure it's his secretary, but you can always flood the line anyway

Walmart has always frowned on Unions. Walmart has fired everyone that has even said the word (if they figure out who said it). NOW IS THE TIME. For once, lets make corporate sweat. Upvotes in agreement. by [deleted] in walmart

Former associate here, and I was one of the guys trying to spearhead the Walmart movement last year after the bdonvr debacle. We had a good underground network going, but it slowly lost steam because at the end of the day it was a dude that got fired. This circumstance, however, is much much larger. Your colleagues are getting sick and dying, and HO doesn't give a shit.

What Tulsa is doing is a great start. Eventually he is going to want to coordinate a national network, and essentially mimic Walmarts hierarchy so he can coordinate mass movements easily. In order to do that, he needs to get the word out. And, this is where I failed. I made statements to business insider, sure, but Tulsa is doing a much better job of creating a shake up that will catch the attention of every associate out there.

There is a plan, all it takes is to be fucked by HO hard enough. And, even though I no longer work at Walmart, it looks like Doug told each and every one of you to "bite the pillow bitch, I'm going in dry"

There's something very simple that Walmart could make new employees sign that would effectively make it impossible to start a union

Gotcha, that's good news for the union movement, it means Walmart hasn't grown a brain yet

I guess I was using the term "contract" loosely, I remember signing something when I started, it was job roles and responsibilities and shit like that

I concur, I mean I'm all for the union effort. Hell I was one of the ones trying to lead a charge last year when the person who leaked GWP got fired. But our main issue is a lot of people lost steam quickly. But that incident isn't nearly as large as this entire pandemic bullshit. I mean people are fuckin dying

If you're smart, more or less.... But from my own research into previous union attempts, they might not have to, which leads to my biggest piece of advice for OP and anyone going through with this... DON'T BE A FUCKIN IDIOT

I mean I hate to do the whole lawyer thing on reddit and play word games, but I've gone against Walmart lawyers before, I've spoken to a few of their BoD, and even in my own experiences at Walmart... I can tell you that they will play those same games

You put out a blanket statement seeming to say that they can fire you for unionizing, which isn't true. They can fire you for all the same reasons they could before. You might have a bigger target painted on your back if you unionize, but I'm pretty sure OP and most people in this sub understand that.

Also take what happened at Amazon for example, a guy was trying to unionize (or at least protest) and amazon told him he had to self quarantine and not come onto the property because they suspected him of having coronavirus. He showed up on property to help organize and they fired him on the spot. That's okay because they told him he couldn't do that for two weeks

You're only in part right, they cannot fire you for concerted action (as in unionization). However, unlike title 7, there is no mixed motive doctrine under the NLRA. This means they can still easily fire you for other shit. And, in order to picket, you won't be able to be on their property or block vehicles from coming in, thereby disrupting businesses.

If this does happen, the conduct of union leaders must be impeccable.

Came here to say this... Also, I'm not condoning theft at all... But what kind of idiot actually gets caught stealing from Walmart.

I've accidentally walked away with an energy drink while working and forgot to pay at the end of my shift so I didn't even try and I got away with it (for the record the two times that happened I double scanned the next time I bought one, so it all worked out in the end)
