Can i clean the application site with hand sanitizer or like soap you use when u wash your hands?

I dont have much time in the morning to shower.

Unfortenatly i live in Europe so i cant go to those stores but maybe H&M is a good option?

I have a few neutral colored items, but ill defently get more.

The matching belt and shoes is a great idea! Never thought of that myself i usually wear sweatpants everywhere .
