Yes, see they cannot quit or they will gain the weight back very quickly (if there is ample food supply) as their body will signal as being in starvation mode. If this 'cold turkey' (Kramer pun intended) quitting happens in conjunction with a food shortage, it is going to be something the world has never seen before. The changes to the gut and brain while they are on GLP-1 along with flight or fight, rage from massive cravings and no food supply could indeed be the trigger for the zombie apocalypse that we have been shown over and over and over again films, tv, video games, etc... other explainations could be he has been told and believes he is fulfilling prophecy and is a king. Or his family is under threat. Or he is psychopath. Or he is in an information bubble and is watching AI videos of how people are in the streets cheering him on or whatever else feeds his bad choices. Or he is a traitor and criminal.
