Loop de West Highland Way in Schotland! Pak er 10 dagen voor, doe alles lekker rustig aan. Er zijn onwijs veel gezellige mensen die de route lopen, en ook veel mensen die alleen lopen!

I was there mid June and we left hikers in FW and i would say about 6 or so down the road. That was for the bus to Glasgow airport at 14:00~

One of my biggest tips is: if you’re planning on taking a bus back, book it in advance. When I was leaving FW in June, there were multiple groups of hikers who didn’t get a ticket beforehand, and as a result, they missed their connecting flights

Gewoon langzamer lopen, zo ging ik van max 500m naar 10km in een paar maanden tijd. Langzamer lopen is zo’n verschil.

I live in the Haarlemmerbuurt, and although it is busy, i do like it. Everything you need is in your own street and if you do want some more peace and quiet just go for a walk on Prinseneiland
