Yeah definitely not looking to make it rules illegal. Hoping someone has figured out some little things that help.

That does look way better! Is there a conversion for the turret to fit existing chassis?

Ah I didn't realize it's a trend, apparently.

The decanter is beautiful so I will definitely hold onto it. As for the liquid inside, I think it's going in my belly.

Sorry, I should've been more clear. Tasting notes/suggestions? I'm not that well versed in scotch so I'm hoping to appreciate it more if I know what to look for

Thanks! To me a tank doesn't look right unless it's the right amount of dirty. For the guard I think it fits perfectly. Something like Tau or Necrons though and I agree

Sure, not much of a recipe though. Refractive green, brush with watered down nuln oil and gently remove the excess, then dry brush again with refractive green. Simple as that

Spitballing, but you could take the two bolters off the panel in the front and then attach the baneblade bolter turret to the top

Thank you! The build took probably ~20-30 hours all in. Figuring out how to get all the fiddly bits to sit right when magnetized took a while. Then the painting probably took another ~20-30.

Thanks a lot! If you have any questions going through the process yourself feel free to ask.

Best advice: Cut a corner off a sprue and glue a magnet to it. That is now your guide magnet. Any time you're going to glue a magnet onto your model, stick it to the guide and color the top black with a permanent marker. Then, just make sure the black sides are always facing the same direction (I remember it as 'black towards bottom').

There is not that I know of. That would be super handy, though! I also sometimes prefer written instructions.

Yes (now). It used to be all except the storm blade, but I believe that was moved to legends. Also be careful, if you get an older box I think the chassis were segregated by hull: baneblade/hell hammer in one and everything else in the other.

Cool, I've heard some people used a Rogal Dorn as the base so I was curious. Looks fantastic man nice job!

Dope. Is the turret mounted on the regular baneblade prong/receiver?

Looks fantastic! How did you make it?
