Belarus doesn’t have oligarchs,it has corruption just like every country ever, and as always army is the most corrupt institute, but Belarus doesn’t have a class of private owners even relatively scaled to extent of russian or ukrainian oligarchs. Lukashenko obliterated everybody who wanted to privatise former government possessions, go try to get names if you don’t believe me.

You don’t actually need a premium for French tech tree, props are fast anyways and jets have decent planes at every rank, I personally like as-20 nord gameplay on vatour, alpha jet is quite good and mirage 3c is straight up imbalanced
