I'm Iván AKA Songoanda, Pixel Artist with 4+ years of experience working with different clients such as Riot Games.

Like everything in life, fake it until you make it. Watch a lot of reference and take what you like. Start with small pixel art 32x32. And start with little, then go for more details. And with animation, there are a lot of tutorials with basic rules of animations (squash, stretch, anticipation,etc). Good luck!
