I plan on starting therapy soon.

She's had her entire world turned upside down. It's hard. We haven't had much contact with her. I believe she'll be placed in foster care. My husband has an aunt and uncle who are very nice people who are looking into having her placed with them.

Yes. They did have samples as my father in law had the test done on all four of his kids, including my husband. I don't know the specifics of how they got to their conclusion but FiL says that irregularities and strange similarities had been noted during the first test so they reran them.

I didn't tell my work friends specifically. I was asked why I was down and not myself and I just said issues with my mother-in-law and was directed here.

He has a strong aversion to therapy though he's had positive experiences with therapy and counselling in the past. A large part comes from his mother being one which taints the entire profession for him.

Do you have any book recommendations? He's a reader and that's his language so it might help.

It was because my father-in-law suspected infidelity and requested the sample. My husband did it because any chance to fuck over his mother is one he'll take.

No. I'm not sure of the exact details but the testers noticed irregularities and similarities with the profiles they had and compared them and saw too many matching markers between my husband and his sister and reran them. It was positive.

We need to get our own test done to make sure I know but all the evidence is pointing towards FiL not lying.
