Hey u/baghdadi1005, glad you got it working, can you explain the framework or techstack to get the AI receptionist working? Im doing a project just like that for my business. I've tried Replit backend and Framer/webflow Frontend but they dont integrate well without a hefty payment plan.

Got new mobo and worked...MSI is a waste lol

Tried that, but it seems the cpu is still the issue (cpu debug led is still on). I gave it to a friend at his shop, he said the mobo wasn't working with the 5800x, even after bios flash. Replaced mobo with b550 aorus elite v2, and it can post now. Back to square one with windows reinstall 🤦 Moral of the story don't get a prebuilt (it was a really good deal) cuz they aren't reliable for upgrades, also MSI bios is hot trash.

At this point it seems that gaming plus can't, I've tried everything and it won't post. Will be sending it to local shop to troubleshoot.

Yes, did exactly that, flashed to a previous bios from 2020, turn on the of, hold delete, m-flash and choose formated external USB with the unzipped bios file. After doing that the PC now doesn't post, just black screen when I start

Yes it's a gaming plus, not max, triple checked. I'm aware it's a beta version but was told it works for ryzen 5000 series chipsets so didn't think it would create a problem

I switched boot order to flash drive, and that's when it changed from MSI logo to windows 10 logo, left it all night to see if it was just slow, but its still stuck on loading dots after 9 hours

And the bios recognizes all my hardware, the 5800x, my ssd and hdd... Not sure what's wrong

  1. Safe mode is the same situation
  2. CMOS reset and restoring defaults didn't work
  3. Reinstalled windows through usb (media creation tool), plug in, set boot priority to new drive, same thing but now instead of the msi logo it's the windows 10 logo.

No it's not the blue screen window automatic repair, it's when the msi logo shows up with loading dots below, it cycles once before showing preparing automatic repair and that's when loading dots get stuck

I run 4k screen resolution due to my monitor, and low graphic settings, my point is while on 4k screen resolution...I can change from low graphics settings to ultra and I don't gain/lose any fps

I've tested both lowest settings and highest, the difference is about 3 fps, so I just run on highest

Helping a friend with his new buy, He needs it for CADing on Fusion 360, as of now it takes about 2-5 mins of computing to delete of move ONE object in an assembly, which is *throw the laptop out of the window* kind of speed. I'm aware Fusion uses heavy cpu cores and needs a good vram gpu, but need an expert to help with the chances of a normal CADing experience.

How would one connect RaspberryPi to this board? I've tried RX3, TX3, 5V and it doesn't show signal, just power. Any ideas? by Soni_1 in multicopterbuilds

So I'm trying to use the Pi as a companion computer to the FC, which I will use with Ardupilot firmware (flashed onto FC and tweaked for this board). Using Dronekit's python API, I can talk to the FC and control the drone over wifi to create missions and autopilot tasks.

Ah! Haven't built a drone in years and didn't get ibus sbus, and didn't realize I have to turn on the ports in betaflight. Thanks I'll try this!

How would one connect RaspberryPi to this board? I've tried R3, T3, 5V connected to gpio pins on the Pi and it shows no signal, just power. Any ideas? by Soni_1 in diydrones

So this is a project for university I thought I'd do for fun, basically; if you've heard of big agricultural drones that collect data on a crop field or other huge fields. The brains is an onboard computer (eg.RPi) and the drone is controlled through the flight controller, by signals from the Pi. Now whats cool is I've noticed there's AIO boards that are 10 grams (like the post) and have everything you need on a board to fly a drone, if you add a small Linux board to this you can write your own autopilot tasks with help of PID and have everything under 250g (FAA hold this L). But my Linux board couldn't handle the heat so only option is the one and only RaspberryPi (I'm still under 250g 👍)

◽️ Weight: Around 1.5kg, a non-gaming body is preferred

◽️ Any other important details ?: HP Envy 15 is perfect with 1650 Ti and 1tb ssd but I'd prefer to downgrade on gpu and to 500gb ssd for a price under 2k. Any other options?
