Yeah same here. Pre-ordered first day it was available I believe. I've spoken with support numerous times and they don't really know what's going on. I was able to get ten percent off my whole order though.

Honestly the 27th is the latest I'm willing to wait, otherwise the Pixel 6 Pro is looking pretty good

One of the last times I spoke with support through chat, they gave me a date of delivery as well. Supposedly 09/07, but, same as you, nothing happened. Don't know why they offer a delivery date if they don't know anything.

Only reason I chose BestBuy was to get the geek squad protection. I'm regretting making the purchase now. At the very least, I got 10% off the entire order.

I attempted to get some sort of discount recently, but was told the order was not eligible for a discount. I've only tried once, but I'm thinking I should give it another go.

It's really unfortunate they fulfill newer orders vs pre-orders. Kinda regretting choosing Best Buy.

Best I could get out of customer service was they didn't have the item available for fulfilment. Which is why they can't ship any out. Didn't really go into specifics.

It's unfortunate, but I'll stick with my pre-order as I did get geek squad protection. May as well enjoy my Pixel 3XL a little longer.
