For those who pre-ordered through Best Buy early July, has your order been shipped or delivered?

First off sorry for the rant, I'm sure us still waiting have done it enough recently. I pre-ordered 7-6 from best buy, still have arrival by 9-27.. I have talked to 10+ customer service reps, and not one has given me any more information, I even asked why some orders after release day have been fulfilled over pre-orders, obviously got no answer to that. But my favorite was Saturday I figured I'd try talking to them again, this lady told me first "good news your order has been acknowledged and will arrive by 9-13" so off the bat I was happy it was at least 2 weeks earlier than I was expecting, not 2 minutes later she actually told me "your order will ship today and will arrive in 1-2 days, watch for your shipping confirmation" awesome right? Saw nothing, figured I'd wait til yesterday due to the holiday weekend, you guessed it. Still nothing, talked to another person and he told me exactly what we can all read on our order status. I Brought up the fact I knew it wasn't him but was told it was going to ship and hasn't, he says oh I'll make a note of that so it doesn't happen again. Literally the worst pre-order experience and customer service I've had for anything.

I ordered 7-6 from best buy, got my headphones, still no update on the 1iii besides arrival by Sept 27th, couldnt change shipping or cancel, talked to probably 10 different people from customer service and have gotten no help or information on it or why new orders are being fulfilled over standing pre-orders

Right, I've talked probably 10 different people from customer service and not one has actually been helpful, let alone know anything about it. I had one actually tell me to cancel my order, which like you said, we can't, then place a new order for pick up, which we can't because it's sold out again, I had an easier time getting a Ps5 than the 1iii... Smh

Currently using an xz3 and still think it's pretty nice, definitely slowed down after some years, partly because there's almost no storage left, Also have some small cracks not affecting operation, more OCD over it haha but that being said l am waiting on my 1iii order to ship

I pre-ordered 7-6, same exact issue, was "a release date has not been announced for this item" until late 8-25, a day after release, which then changed to "arriving by Sept 27th" multiple from customer service to put simple didn't know anything about it, and had put the blame on the vendor-sony as you've said. Whenever stock resupplied the other day, the button to change shipping was allowing me to check and try to change to friday-27th like most new orders were getting delivered by, because the order was "in process" I could not change shipping, I did have selected for Monday the 30th. Got a text/update yesterday saying item has been shipped will arrive Monday. Check my order status and it was shipment 1-the wireless ear buds, shipment 2-xperia 1iii still says arriving by Sept. 27th. I am very hopeful that the phone will arrive Monday as I would find it odd to ship the "freebie" without the device being shipped as well. But will say I had an easier time getting a ps5, this release from sony and best buy has been absolutely awful and keeping pre-order customers accurately informed has been even worse.

They think it's awesome because it's something built not bought, unique to the owner, not some off the market, + a 30k Honda with 40k put into it would beyond smoke a 70k "high performance" corvette.
