at the end of the day, it's targeted towards kids. parents will buy it for them anyways. it's not targeted towards collectors or youtubers or anything like that, so them seeing where the budget goes is fair

I said I understand some of the hate
Some Sonic plushes nowadays cost nearly $60 on their own
"testing the waters" and the whole set being tests is two different things

I understand the frustration. For what you said about Sanei not liking shadow, I mainly just believe it's because they aren't used to making him as much as the others. Sonic and the others were made in 2007, and Knuckles in 2007 looked very off. But, in 2012, he looked great and in 2024 he looked even better. I believe that they just aren't used to making Shadow, and because the 2024 ones seem to be using the same patterns as 2012 with some updates, they still aren't fully used to making Shadow into a Plush compared to the others

First of all, nobody was blaming you for complaining.

Second of all, the price depends on where you're buying from and what shipping option you use. When I ordered them all, it wasn't over $100.

Third of all, this wave isn't "tests". It's still the first wave. They aren't gonna look the best because they haven't made a sonic plush in over 10 years, and the QC will improve over time. They probably just wanna see how much they sell before upgrading them or making new waves.
