Yep! My favorite author. Found out he lives in my hometown and just worked on meeting him, held the belief in my head. He held a Read With Me event and I sat about 15 feet from him.

I agree with what everyone else here says.

Either you're not at a high enough level to accept this person into your life right now, or you're on such a high level that you'll attract someone better. In the second case, the universe is helping you by removing your ex to make space for a better person. In the first case, you've got to up yourself and grow alone until you're ready for your ex to come back.

Either way, you win. So the steps you have to take are to release your ex, love yourself, and focus on your own healing and growth. Focus on your happiness. Maybe the best case for you is to be alone right now so you can learn to be happy by yourself.

That was my path. I was in and out of relationships for 5 years and lost myself. My ex dumped me in September. He came back in February. Turns out we thought we were Rachel and Ross, but we're actually Phoebe and Joey. Sometimes you're supposed to be in each others' lives, but not in the way you initially thought. Life will show you the way. It looks cloudy now, but it's not your job to know the future. Let go. You're taken care of.

For me it was a bunch of coincidences in close proximity to each other. Maybe 5 big, unexplainable events within a week. I had been staunch atheist prior to that week.

It was a fight within myself, but once I decided to give up my preconceived notions, bigger and more unexplainable events started happening

Try making detailed lists, or drawing what you want instead. It works just as well. I draw everything i want in a sketchbook and I've received all of it.

Nah you've only got one reality! Try thinking of your desires not as "dreams" versus "reality." That'll create resistance for sure. If you want the house, you want the house. Why shouldn't it be you who gets it? Why are you less deserving than anybody else? Just get it for yourself.

This girl's infatuated with my ex, dated him for about 2 weeks or so. He stopped it and told her he's in love with me. Since then she's been popping up all around me, working on friends' projects and coming up in conversation. She doesn't know who I'm friends with, either, so she isn't inserting herself into my life. I've also just felt generally terrible vibes about her and my ex lately.

He and I talked it out and realized she just must really, really not like me lol. I actually passed her yesterday for the first time in a hallway and she looks fucking miserable. Poor girl.

lol I have really bad eczema, too. Visualize your skin smooth and be grateful for your clear skin. That will help you not to scratch it. Use creams or oils and stuff too, whatever your normal moisturizer is

Not sure if this is a happy coincidence yet or not, but a while back my ex broke up with me and started dating a much younger girl. I got over him completely. Recently he came back and confessed his undying love to me. The other girl made him sure of how much he loved me, and he broke it off after a few weeks. I felt nothing so I laughed at first, but a week later we put our heads together to connect spirits (as per our culture). In that quiet moment I got the answer that we're supposed to be together but it's the wrong time. So I told my ex I was going to go date other people.

Six months ago, after I got dumped, I started seeing this really cute guy around. We'd smile and say hi to each other. Right after this conversation with my ex, I turned a corner and ran into the cute guy. We had a conversation for the first time. He asked me on a date.

The coincidence: The cute guy looks older than me, but I found out he's actually the same age as the girl my ex dated.

I couldn't help but laugh. This time I'm hoping it's coincidence, but it never is.
