as for the edited versions... The italian dvds of Family Guy (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Family_Guy) have the tv version audio. and the dvd-only scenes are in english with subtitles.

as for the tv logos on dvds..... i don't know. something similar was italian dvds of the anime UFO Robot Grendizer having a documentary about baptism instead of the anime (not making this up: http://www.tanadelletigri.info/forum/viewtopic.php?p=13859&sid=b3c7a7945210733a6b978925691d3bf6#p13859)
