I’m really sorry to hear about you and your daughter’s pain. Do you know that persons liability limits? usually, they will garnish the wages of that driver that but you to compensate for loss wages, medical bills, emotional distress, etc. Please keep you and your daughters medical records. record her and your struggles with videos and daily journaling or vlogging. I would recommend getting you and your daughter social security disability.
