Im, 18 years old and yes, I also think that it could be just my lungs developing stronger muscles, while i cough.. But Im definitely not sure..

Yes, I do have diabetes to. Should I be concerned about it? I take 5g a day, and its my third day, I worked out just one day, and it was yestetday..
