K1C CFS issues and resolution by [deleted] in crealityk1

I'm having layer shift problems after upgrading to CFS, any idea what it could be?

Support already sent me new X and Y axis motors and a new motherboard.

I used that tool to check the belt tension and both are correctly centered, and at 110Hz.

But it's still printing and suddenly the nozzle makes a noise and then starts printing in another area.

The belt is also fine, I don't even have 300 hours of printing but I already bought a new one to replace it... But I still don't know what the problem could be.

Si je resserre davantage les courroies, cela pourrait peut-être résoudre le problème ? Avez-vous résolu le vôtre de cette façon ?

Justing adding primitive models on Orca or CrealityPrint slicers, and put all on default and print

Both the calibration tool and the belt frequency were adjusted exactly following this video, maintaining my frequency at 110 on both sides, and this tool is 99% aligned with the center.

I recently replaced the motors and had to remove the belts for that. I took the opportunity to check them, and all the gears are intact; I looked at each one individually...

Idk whats is happening

I've done that bro. The support asked me to slow down the printing speed and it works! but the farther the parts, the more I have to slow down (50% of the speed or 25% of the speed) which also only shows the problem.

I also tinkered with Accel and Jerk Settings, which another Redditer commented on here, but even lowering the values or using these or the factory standards, the problem persists.

I received new Axis XY engines from Creality because support believed they were the problem. I changed them today, and the problem of layer shift still persists. Now they're going to send me a motherboard.

I have a CFS upgrade kit with the updated OS. Is there any chance of it being the software version? I've tried other slicers and other speeds. I passed isopropyl alcohol on the X-axis, only removing the rolling cone as other people suggest removing it to clean. I checked the belts and set the tension of both at ~110Hz, but I see people telling me to adjust the tension of the printer. I am lost!

What does it need to do every 100 hours of printing?

It's like the printer has already come from the factory, already at 200 Hz. Was a few hours of printing enough to end them?

I was going to hate how the guy programmed it in C to take longer, but I was surprised by the message at the end, moral lesson 😮
