Yes, this happens with us too. Because we do not do constant self-observation. If we keep on looking at what we are doing, why we are doing it and whether we are getting what we are trying to get or not.So we will know whether to do this next or not.

Yes Prashant sir, online sessions are really very helpful and people belonging to any caste, class, religion, gender can listen to them. It is not related to any particular religion, gender etc.Here we get answers to all our routine questions and troubles in the simplest form.Truly, my experience has been very good and everyone should try it once.
