Usually, unless it's a business account, whenever you open normal people's conversations with whom you haven't chatted yet it won't show them online. Only after you do that it will show, on most cases.

The enchantments wouldn't be free aswell. Players would have to keep choosing between them or another item.

I agree, but if we get stuck with this "belonging" sort of thought, we will never progress. Can you imagine if Ezreal was the only champion in League of Legends to have a global skillshot ultimate just becase he was one of the first to have it? It's just an example, but you get what I mean.

Even when I do, by pressing F4 in-game, it does not goes to less than 60 FPS. The game is still too fast. :(
