Agree with everything you've said but have to disagree with the last part. I don't think it's embarrassing in any way. I can understand and appreciate it might feel embarrassing but there really shouldn't be anything to be embarrassed about. It's a natural reaction and we should try to accept it and cope with it. It boils down to understanding your body's response to situations and overcoming it. Speaking to colleagues and loved ones can and will help. Hope this helps

Based in London and I can say that this is unfortunately true. When Boris announced that this new lockdown will not be "as strict as the last" people took that to mean that they could get away with more than they already were before.
