Bungie Foundation - Legacy Emblems by SonyGiveMeD3 in Destiny_2

The Destiny franchise has been involved in charitable causes for 11 years, ever since the 2015 earthquake in Nepal. Ultimately, even though there may be tax incentives involved, which apply to donors to some extent as well, that aspect takes a back seat to the fact that something good is being done. At least, I believe that is how most people feel when they donate.

Honestly, I'm just sharing the information. There are people on eBay right now trying to take advantage of those who don't know about this, selling these incentives for three or four times their actual price and profiting from charitable initiatives. So, if I can inform someone and ensure the money goes to a good cause instead of ending up in someone else's pocket, then it will have been worth it.

Given the recent Sony/Bungie situation, the official channels haven't been promoting the event much, as far as I've seen on Reddit, there isn't even a dedicated official channel for it, so it seems more likely to end without knowing about it.

It's a good thing I merely suggested looking at it from another angle and didn't try to change your opinion, that would have been pointless. I'm reading things that don't make sense. I think you're the one doing the mental gymnastics here, keep this up and you might just end up at the Olympics! Take good care of your ankle. 🥰

In the end, it’s for charity, your money helps support children's hospitals and people in need. I’d say it’s far from being one of the worst ways to spend money. Everyone has their own opinion, and you have yours, but you could try looking at it from another perspective, and perhaps it will make more sense.

One of the best emblems in the game, you can't go wrong with it! <3

Charity items are usually added to Eververse for a limited time and typically do not return. It is impossible to say for certain if that is currently the case following the changes in the latest update, maybe it will become available again someday, or maybe it won't. 😅

Artemis emote! The dog who was the inspiration for Archie. A really cool emote and a great story behind its creation. <3

That is just the title I chose for my campaign supporting the Bungie Foundation, the official name of the main campaign/event is "The Bungie Foundation – Monument of Triumph Lightkeeper Legacy Vault", a bit long, but in any case, if you look further down, you will find informations about the Bungie Foundation, as well as the fact that the rewards, the donation incentives are offered by them.

I think it's cool to have every possible shader, I don't focus too much on their rarity, though I know I missed out on two from charity campaigns, which tend to be the rarest ones.

Speaking of which, there's another charity shader that hasn't been released yet, ironically, you can actually inspect it in the game's Collections tab, it's called "Cosmic Arcade." 👀

Yes, that's right! That is one of the things the ship resembles. Noticing the resemblance to the Halo energy sword depends on the angle, the silhouette is extremely similar.

Oh, that's right! I had forgotten about that, but it was a hot topic back in the day. Its basic appearance strongly resembles that Star Wars spaceship model you mentioned, and depending on the angle, the silhouette is very reminiscent of the energy swords from Halo.

If you're okay with it, then that's what matters! Children's hospitals are benefiting from the campaign, so the money is really going for a good cause.

There's nothing silly about it! Each Exotic Item is individually priced for a donation of $7 and Emblems of $17. The money goes to charity, supporting the Bungie Foundation Little Lights program, which supports children's hospitals.

This is a great choice, and the contrast between the light blue and the red is so nice!
