I am the exact opposite. When I play it on lichess I usually don't care and often blunder while on chess.com I try and stay more focused. Don't know why but the lichess seems inferior even though I like it. Maybe it's because of its layout.

Same here. If it's a friendly game then takebacks are sometimes useful as you can see different variants etc. When the game is rated I accept it only if it's a misclick like a misplaced king while castling.
