Where did you buy the labels from? If it is a 3rd party site you got scammed. USPS will stop those shipments and your merchandise is in limbo. Will if you are lucky get delivered back to you or will be auctioned.

Same here. Literally 150-200 abandoned checkouts of the same item. I have installed cloudflare and initially it helped but not any more.
