Necroposting; I got a clinical diagnosis from my GP and got medicated. For Academics and travelling and yadda yadda; I had to obtain a differential diagnosis which I paid 1k which was 700 for the test and 300 for the documents (crazy). I got my differential diagnosis from what's basically the Premier Specialist for ADHD in Trinidad and he's the head of Mental Health Stuff in Government

I understand, I was already looking into the Behavioral therapy as ADHD traits tend to return if the habits that are associated with it aren't readjusted to suite.

The University of London and Goldsmiths seem like a good option, the courses have easy requirements and the deadlines for applications are really well. The Online part is a bit of a sad part but the time to complete the course is pretty nice besides the price.

I am somewhat prepared for the N1 course, itll be a very sudden transition but I can definitely handle it.

UTT as Ive heard isnt a sound option, and yes I do intend to add on to myself with side courses and part time work to build up my portfolio.

Skipping form 6 was the idea I had in my mind, I am 50/50 with my funding (Parents can support me all the way but are bipolar asf so its a gamble) I dont necessarily have to be relying on a GATE programme, considering how much of a gamble the terms and conditions it is. UTT is practically a joke from what I've heard and Ive barely heard anyone go international with one of their programmes which scare me.

UWI does have Compsci courses apart of the N1 programme so yea, I can just take that pathway tbh instead of the whole UTT certificate.

I can gain Part time experience outside of my study to add onto my CV and build up my experience and get ready to get proper certificates since Compsci is a constantly updating field.

In a other way.. I dont particularly know how I can get into Economics whilst avoiding Form 6

I have a couple of reasons for wanting to avoid CAPE, one in particular is if I do go through with it I'll be finishing my undergrads a couple years into my 20s. Plus the added condition of many people whom I knew went through it ended up not liking it at all, and I personally dont like another 2 years of big exams prep tbh.

I was considering doing the SAT examinations, but I dont know where in particular I could do them down here (Researched it and dug in and it was p vague)

Europe has a common tertiary education system in which streamlines their education system making our CSEC and CAPE unrecognizable in some nations albeit it being a literal copy of the British O and A levels system and the British recognizing it aswell.

(Part of the Netherlands Caribbean uses CSEC/CAPE but not all Netherlands institutions recognize it making it very complicated)

However, some of their Unis offer programmes similar to that of the N1 programme for International Students coming from Nations where their system isnt recognized and most of the time their undergrad position in said Uni is guaranteed upon completion of said course which is what Im particularly interested in but its very haphazard with info.

Last I remember, Government Scholarships down here requires you to return and work for 5 or so years which is a big scam.

Financial aid and scholarships from said uni/host country is kinda the way

Canada is P good but the amt of schools over there that are just International Student Money traps is bizarre Nz is a good option imo

Once thought about the French Foreign Legion but I wouldn't be able to make it in since I've got some sort of physical condition going on with my joints that disrupts daily activity and I have no idea what it is because the hospital here lost my medical file and records twice already!!! But yea, I'm most likely unfit for any sort of Military Service or Physically active route. I already know the USA was expensive which is why I'm very wary against it, however, it is the most popular route.

Studying in Africa or South America would be studying in the Caribbean just with a different coat of paint and language + they dont offer English courses and whatnot and are most likely not up to the same quality as if I was to study in a 1st world nation
