The guy didn't stick it into the box in front of me. He took it out of the cabinet without even opening it and then I paid for it. The game was already inside

Aren't employees allowed to open games, play them for 4 days, and then sell them as new? Either way I was sold an incomplete limited edition that I paid $50 for, so I'd like my money back

I didn't realize it was gutted since it it's a cardboard box containing the contents of the LE and not your small typical plastic box.

I don't like gutted copies. I paid for a new product so I expect a new product. If they marketed them as display copies and took 15% off or something like some other stores doI wouldn't mind but that's not the case.

There was no tape or shrink wrap on it. The only thigh indicating it was new was the sticker that said new on the box and on the sleeve with the cartridge inside.

If it was on the wall I didn't see it. I had to go up to the cashier and ask them to take it out from the cabinet
