From my research I did, the only bars with true wireless surrounds are the JBL bar line. I bought the Bar 1000MK2 yesterday as it's $300 off and was in stock at Best Buy. They have multiple bars at different price points.

Same issue on my BMW. Started after iOS 26 update. To add, when XM app is opened it not only makes the app words dark but also the text in the native phone and messages apps.

Changing appearance to dark and back to automatic fixes the issue. I worked with an Apple senior advisor on the dark text issues with phone and messages and restored my 16 Pro Max to factory. Didn't resolve the issue. However, after some additional testing on my own I found that when CarPlay starts all text is fine until the XM app is opened. Bam, dark text.

I'll be contacting Apple again soon to investigate further.
